Slammin' soul tunes, bikini-clad hos and ice-cold Colt 45. Kinda sounds like any number of Dr. Dre's video sets--or at least the perfect stage for a Billy Dee Williams cameo.

Following the success of his Soul Sundays at Tritone, DJ Steve partners with fellow Family Reunion-er Lex to rock a tag-team DJ set consisting of soul rekkids (mostly 45s), spinning nothing released after 1978. Adding a dash of spice to the night, Philly's best--if perhaps only--all-black punk-rock band Phil Moore Brown will kick out the jams, as will stoner rockers Sugar Daddie.

The Colt 45 Bikini Squad will be on hand to lend some eye candy to the party, and just in case thong-framed booty ain't your style, the Colt 45 Crew will be hitting up the luckier peeps in the house with loads of free swag.

The party is the first of an anticipated five bashes that DJ Steve will be tossing with his friends from Pabst, Colt 45 and everyone's favorite liquor lit rag, Modern Drunkard Magazine.

Make no mistake--this crew knows how to throw down. Chances are it'll be like the heyday of Gregg Foreman's the Turnaround nights at Silk--with fewer hipsters and even less heroin. (Joshua Valocchi)
